Aave unfroze all V3 and V4 markets on Friday after pausing new deposits and borrows when a wallet in the Binance-attacker cluster supplied Tether and borrowed ether. Nine assets including USDT, USDC, POL, WAVAX and sAVAX temporarily remain at zero LTV so they cannot back new loans, and LlamaRisk cut unused borrow caps as a precaution.
