S&P Global Ratings revised Meta's outlook to negative from stable on Friday, citing uncertainty around capital spending and free operating cash flow after the company guided to a still-heavy AI-infrastructure plan and a planned equity raise. Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom had indicated interest in that offering. S&P said Meta's ability to monetize those AI investments is more limited than that of its peers. Watch whether those connectors actually convert and how remaining hyperscaler comments treat that debate into Apple's November 2 print.
